Summary

The tool is designed to work without accounts. Your answers may be saved on your own device, We do not store your estimator data on our servers. We do not run live price scraping from provider websites as part of the estimator experience described here.

Who this applies to

This policy applies to all visitors and users of the CostChoices website, regardless of location. The "operator" (or "we") means the person or organization that publishes and maintains this deployment.

Information collected

• Browser storage.The estimator may store your in-progress answers in your browser's local storage so you can continue later on the same device and browser. This data stays on your device and is not sent to our servers.
• Technical data from hosting.Like most websites, hosting infrastructure may automatically process technical information such as IP address, browser type, date and time of requests, and pages visited, according to the hosting provider's practices.
• Analytics (if enabled). If the operator enables analytics (for example, through environment configuration), the analytics provider may collect usage data under its own terms and policies.

Cookies

This site itself does not set first-party cookies. However, when you click outbound affiliate or partner links, the destination site may set third-party cookies to attribute your visit.
